No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Eligibility
The Auxilium Raffle is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and who are legal residents of jurisdictions where this promotion is permitted by law. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter
Online Purchase Entry
Customers who place an eligible order through the Auxilium website will automatically receive one (1) raffle entry with their qualifying purchase.
Free Mail-In Entry
To enter without making a purchase, send an email to customerservice@auxwatches.com with the subject line:
Raffle Entry – [Your Last Name]
Your email must include:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Mailing address
- Phone number (optional but recommended)
- Confirmation that you are at least 18 years of age
Incomplete entries or emails with incorrect subject lines may be disqualified.
Entry Limit
Unless otherwise stated, each eligible purchase receives one (1) raffle entry. Free email entries are limited to one (1) entry per person during the promotion period.
Entry Period
Entries will be accepted until 11:59 PM Eastern Time on November 30. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected by random drawing on December 1 from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
Winner Notification
The selected winner will be contacted using the email address or other contact information provided with their entry. If the selected winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize
The raffle prize will be the item or items described in the promotional materials. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
General Conditions
Auxilium reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Auxilium, which are final in all matters relating to the raffle.
Privacy
Information collected through raffle entries will be used solely for administering the raffle and communicating with entrants in accordance with Auxilium's Privacy Policy.
